TOP STORY: A week after a massive rankings shakeup, things have calmed down as 44 of last week’s 50 ranked teams remain among the nation’s elite.

BIG MOVER: Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, Calif.). A 4-1 win over Poway vaults Mount Carmel into this week’s rankings. The team faces St. Augustine for the North County Inland Invitational final Wednesday.
