Successful Utah coach is changing schools

Russ Boyer, who guided Brighton (Cottonwood Heights, Utah) to seven boys’ soccer state final appearances in the past 10 seasons, will leave his post for the soon-to-be-built Corner Canyon (Draper, Utah), the Salt Lake Tribune reported Monday night. Corner Canyon will open for the 2013-14 season.
